Directions from the North:
1. Take 95 South to Exit 3B & take a right as you exit through the traffic light.
2. This will have put you on Route 33 towards Portsmouth. Go through 4 traffic lights.
3. You will come to a fork in the road, bear right onto South Street.
4. When you get to the light, take a right onto Lafayette Road and then your first right into Lafayette Business Park,
also known as the A, B, C buildings. Continue strait back towards building E and go ¾ of the way around building to the South Entrance.
5. Look for signs for Jay A. Nesvold, D.D.S. and Atlantic Family Dental.

Directions from the South:
1. Take 95 North to Exit 3.
2. Stay in right lane of the exit as you come up to the traffic light.
3. Turn right onto Route 33 towards Portsmouth & go through 2 sets of traffic lights.
4. You will come to a fork in the road, bear right onto South Street.
5. When you get to the light, take a right onto Lafayette Road and then your first right into Lafayette Business Park,
also know as the A, B, C buildings. Continue strait back towards building E and go ¾ of the way around building to the South Entrance.
6. Look for signs for Jay A. Nesvold, D.D.S. and Atlantic Family Dental.

Directions from Stratham & Greenland:
1. Take Route 33 East until you approach the turnpike area.
2. Go past the turnpike area, very shortly after you’ll go by a cemetery on your right and a baseball field on the left.
3. You will come to a fork in the road, bear right onto South Street.
4. When you get to the light, take a right onto Lafayette Road and then your first right into Lafayette Business Park,
also know as the A, B, C buildings. Continue strait back towards building E and go ¾ of the way around building to the South Entrance.
5. Look for signs for Jay A. Nesvold, D.D.S. and Atlantic Family Dental.

Directions Spaulding Turnpike/Portsmouth Traffic Circle:
1. Enter traffic circle and take 2nd exit onto US-1 Bypass South.
2. When you get to the 3rd light, take a left onto Greenleaf Ave. At the stop sign turn left onto Lafayette Road,
and then left into Lafayette Business Park also know as the A, B, C buildings. Continue strait back towards
building E and go ¾ of the way around building to the South Entrance.
3. Look for signs for Jay A. Nesvold, D.D.S. and Atlantic Family Dental.
